DLH Enclave Penthouse

Idealistic Minimalism

This house combines modernity with idealistic minimalism. Warm colors, rugged textures and rustic finishes. Interiors focus on clean, sleek lines and striking shapes – and often give off a peaceful, serene feel.

Functional Living

Minimalistic home was the approach for styling this house. It is free of any clutter, only displaying items like couches, tables, light fixtures that are essential for functioning living. A neat living with a touch of luxury.

Sleek, simple furniture combined with art and simple colours notes from a minimal home design. Character is brought forth not through details, but through natural materials and essential items. The natural light and shadow played an important role in the styling of the house.

Simplicity

Furnishing with clean lines, with very little detail and upholstered with simple fabric like linen and cotton formed the base of the styling.

Muted Palate & Accents

Sofas and chairs are covered with neutral colours while the cushions play the accent.

Monochromes

Keeping the monochromatic tone in the house, simple walls with a few decorative pieces designed the space.

Accessorizing

To keep with the airy ambiance, furniture was commonly made up with light colors. Light fixtures come with nautical flair – table lamps, for instance, add the color to the muted palate of the house; vases, table lamps, pots and bed spreads added to the furnishing of this penthouse.

Keeping the Zen philosophy, which emphasizes the value of minimalistic design were the key factors in styling the house.
